Infact any time I feel downcast, I made sure to be in the meeting because I know that I will be lifted.

Every birthday, I usually celebrate my day in a special way. But On my birthday July 11th 2016, I decided to do something different. I woke up with sadness and with a heavy heart. .

Make yourself available at meetings, avail yourself of advice from medical personnel that come to talk to us, learn from others experiences and most importantly, pray without ceasing. It will end in praise!
