‘Bukola’ as she is fondly called by friends and colleagues is a legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar and has garnered over 15 years cognate experience in corporate commercial law in diverse legal roles. Bukola has worked in top Nigerian law firms, the telecommunications sector and currently in the Nigerian oil and gas industry. She is a member of various professional bodies namely: the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and the Institute of Risk Management Nigeria. She exudes calm confidence and exhibits an incredible power of analysis at the contract negotiation table.
Bukola is a woman who believes life should be lived for purpose and must intentional. She is actively involved in various charity organisations and serves as volunteer and a member of the Board of Trustees at Parah Family Foundation and DeltaAfrik Charitable Foundation. She is passionate about intercession and encourages waiting families until their miracle babies are birthed. She spends time facilitating sessions on corporate ethics and legal compliance for young undergraduates and enjoys reading non-fiction novels. Following her passion for research, Bukola has written various papers and articles one of which is ‘Convergence of International Disclosure Standards In Securities Issues’. Bukola is happily married and has two adorable children.
